Our salesman Josh Cavalieri was so low key' no pressure at all. Answered all our questions. Came back the next day for a second test drive; He was not working and came in anyway to set everything up. Daniella Brisindi took us through all the many features of the car, from safety features to pairing our phones. There were too many features to remember from one lesson, so she set us up for another one once we have had a chance to drive the car for a week or so. Could not have been happier with the service. This was probably the most hassle free car buying experience we have ever had! More
A really nice surprise… Mid day, we went in to inquire about trading in our 2015 Outback for a 2017. All along the way, the experience was organized. Went in for an oil change and I came out with a 2017 Outback There was no pressure, I purchase my 2011 Outback from them and I always stop by to see Girsh and he told me about the end of year deal, 0% financing. There was no pressure, I purchase my 2011 Outback from them and I always stop by to see Girsh and he told me about the end of year deal, 0% financing. We took a 2017 Outback for a test drive and I fell in love with it. Ride better than my 2011 and all the new safety features, blind spots, lane departure, and so much more. Driving 200 miles a day to work, those safety features will be a blessing. So by the time my oil change was done, we settles on a trade in value for my old car and a price on my new car. Girsh and Mike was very professional and not once did I feel pressure in buying the car. They just gave me a great deal that I couldn't pass up. Post sales, Nicole S. sat down with me in the car and went over all the new features of it and answer all my questions on how to use them. She too was very professional. When it's time to by a car again, I will be going back to World Subaru and work with Girsh, Mike, and Nicole. Thank you, Patrick G. More

Service center unable to solve problem of non-starting car We took my 2015 Subaru Legacy in for a routine maintenance visit on 12/17. There had been no problems with the car since the summer. Service was com We took my 2015 Subaru Legacy in for a routine maintenance visit on 12/17. There had been no problems with the car since the summer. Service was completed, my husband drove the car to a nearby location and turned off the engine while he waited for me. Then, the car wouldn't start! We called the service center and they sent someone to come and jump start the car and then my husband returned to the service center. My husband then spent three (3) hours waiting for a diagnosis of the problem. The staff could not find anything wrong with the battery or anything connected with the ignition. Gave us a new battery. This is now the third battery we have gotten for a car that we have only had for one year and four months! There have been several ( 3 or 4) other occasions where the car wouldn't start and the service center could not figure out what the problem was. We consider the car unreliable since we never know when it will not start. We don't understand why the service center, although very apologetic, cannot resolve this issue. Is this a defect with the car or what? This is my first Subaru and I am very disappointed. More

Tim Stewart did a fantastic job in getting my paperwork in order and helping me finalize my purchase. The financial manager, Mike, took his time explaining my warranty options and the breakdown of all the paperwork and payments. Daniella Brisindi was fantastic and a godsend in showing me all the tech features of my new car, such as setting up bluetooth for my phone and making sure I understood all the features and options that were included with my car. Overall, everybody was extremely friendly and helpful and I can't recommend this dealership enough. I will definitely be doing business with them again! More
