Perfect Service Visit Went in for routine oil change. Also got tire rotation with discount coupon and free alignment inspection with coupon and replaced front wipers. Wiper Went in for routine oil change. Also got tire rotation with discount coupon and free alignment inspection with coupon and replaced front wipers. Wiper change is less expensive than buying wipers online and doing the work yourself. I arrived 30 minutes early and they took me immediately. Everyone there was very friendly and totally competent. Total time (I waited) was only 1 hour 15 minutes, including free car wash. This visit could not have gone better. More

Delivery Specialist Daniella was Awesome This was my first new car purchase in almost 20 years and needless to say there were many bells and whistles that did not exist in my prior vehicles. This was my first new car purchase in almost 20 years and needless to say there were many bells and whistles that did not exist in my prior vehicles. Daniella was very enthusiastic and patient in reviewing all the features and answering my questions on how each operated. She introduced me to Rudy in the service department to help with accessories that were decided upon after purchase. He was also very helpful in instructing me on the parts that could be self installed and setting up an appointment for the auto-start. More

We have always found our shopping to be minimal hassle and straightforward. We have since become very loyal to the brand and dealership. Recently, my 2015 Outback would not start due to a dead battery. This is the first time I have ever experienced a problem like this. I called Subaru roadside and within an hour a technician was at my home, restarting my vehicle. When it was discovered the vehicle would not restart a second time the technician suggested bringing my vehicle in for service. I called the service department at World, and they told me I could bring the vehicle in right then and that they would get a loaner car ready for me. I was in and out, and on my way in less than a half hour. That included rearranging car seats for my two young children. The staff was very compassionate, patient, and helpful regarding this .My vehicle underwent a comprehensive check and was fixed by the next afternoon. Upon returning the loaner and reclaiming my car, I was in and out again in minutes. A class act all the way! More

I was greeted immediately by Michele Regno when I entered and she able to get me situated quickly. She even offered a loaner car to me though I didn't need it. I returned after work to pick up my car and was again immediately greeted by three ladies, Tara Mullins, Daniella Brisindi and Nina Bisozio. They all were very helpful and had me paid and out the door in record time. All these ladies should be commended for their professional service. More
