My salesman, Sam Spencer, worked tirelessly to make every moment of the purchase of my "oh-so-fabulous Crosstrek" very EASY for me. He was patient and had all of the answers to my many questions. And then it was off to the finane department where I worked with Michael Warnock. Once again, I was able to have all of my questions answered by Michael. I was very happy that Michael suggested insurance on my tires, as I have had tire insurance on my previous vehicles and I know the value of it.
