Picked up my new Crosstrek yesterday. Everything went very well. I went to get an oil change and an issue checked out with my car. I made the appointment online and requested a loner car. When I got there they gave me a loner, which was good because it took 5 1/2 hours fo my car. I made the appointment online and requested a loner car. When I got there they gave me a loner, which was good because it took 5 1/2 hours for the car to be finished. They were accommodating and had someone switch out the cars at my house. I was not happy on how it was returned. It had garbage in my car and it had a very strong stale smell. When I called them and told them about how it was returned all they said was that they would speak to the employees. I had to air and clean out my car overnight. Their prices are a lot higher than other mechanics. They told me I needed a new axel which I did not and quoted me 2,000 more for an axel and brakes/rotors all around, than two other mechanics in the area. I am very disappointed in the dealership. I bought my car there and got work done before and never had an issue like this. More
