Purchase of 2019 Subaru Forester I had an exceptional experience when purchasing my new Forester. Glen "JR" was a pleasure to deal with me and kept me apprised as to when the model I had an exceptional experience when purchasing my new Forester. Glen "JR" was a pleasure to deal with me and kept me apprised as to when the model and color I was interested in was due in, as well as "holding" it for me until I was able to go in and take it for a test drive. He is very knowledgeable about the different models, trim styles and other features. I also had dealings with Mike Lomazzo who did an excellent job explaining the vehicle warranty as well as the various extended warranties offered by Subaru. This was the most stress-free and pressure-free experience I've had when purchasing an automobile. Tara Mullins did a fantastic job showing me how to operate the various features in my Forester. I have, and will continue, to recommend this dealership to those who are looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

Tim Stewart and Nicole Sciamarelli could not have been more professional and accommodating. No pressure , patience beyond description, and knowledgeable. However, my experience with Mike in Finance was extremely disappointing. I was uncomfortable from the moment I sat down. He did not address my questions completely, the information he provided was incomplete (conveniently leaving off the taxes on the warranty policies), and seemed intent on telling me how much repairs would be if I did not take an extended warranty, .I asked about buying the warranty at a later time, and he said I could. When it seemed to him that I was going to wait, I WAS TOLD THAT THE PRICE OF THE WARRENTY WOULD BE HIGHER BECAUSE HE COULD ONLY GIVE ME A DISCOUNT AT THAT MOMENT. The entire session made me very uncomfortable, which I told Mike directly. Although he apologized , my sense was that he was surprised that I confronted him about his tactics. And while he said he would "eat the tax" to make things right, I walked out extremely disappointed and angry, feeling that all he was interested in was making sure he sold me the warranties. I highly recommend the dealership, and especially Tim Steward and Nicole Sciamarelli. However, avoid dealing with Mike. More

Over-priced service Took the car in for brake work, and they dealt with that properly. But they called me at work and said that the car needed other maintenance items. I didn't have the time to investigate or to check the maintenance schedule until after I got home. I think there is a good chance that they added unnecessary maintenance that doubled the price. If I take my car to them again (and I might not), if they say I need extra maintenance, I will take it elsewhere for a 2nd opinion. More
