Hi Jason, I answered your initial email within a few minutes. As explained when we spoke, I sent you both the bill from the agency as well as the check we wrote them covering the tax and plates. I do apologize that it encompassed the entire $500 and that there wasn’t a refund due but we would rather be upfront about the cost as opposed to having to ask for additional monies if it wasn’t covered. This is one of my worse days, the only time I feel that things are going correctly is when I leave Executive General Manager Joe Wajda, a text to tell him what has happened, and Joe always corrects the problems. I spoke with this lady who answered the phone yesterday, I was looking for Rudy D, in service, she was extremely rude, and had an attitude and a half, my wife asked me to call back, and a very nice lady answer and told me Rudy is working in dispatch, so I left a message, for him to call me back. Today I received a call from a person in service his last name is chan, he was terribly rude and not knowing, of my problem, I told him there are about 5 problems and after I told him the first one which could possibly take a persons life, he kept asking how can I help you, when I said I told you the whole story, this person made my wife and I sick. I told this person I will call Joe Wajda. I called Subaru of America, and asked to speak with a supervisor after I explained 2 of the problems, he must of said at least 5 times how can I help you, and the seriousness of one of the issues, he was an African American man, and once he put his supervisor on the man hung up on me as soon as he picked up the phone. OMG why do I have to jump through hoops just to get a seriously important job done, on a car that I purchased from World Subaru in Shrewsburry NJ, so many people had problems with some of the same things that I had, the other problem besides the window cracking and traveling across a part of the windshield is there was a problem with the batteries in the cars that they were draining down to nothing because the cca’s cold cranking amps were to low and Subaru needed to replace the battery with a stronger battery, they never did, I had to buy one, the cells were dead. And when I took the 2018 Subaru in on Aug. 4th 2023 because the key was getting stuck in the ignition, after buying 4 new tires, had 4 new brake jobs with new rotors on the back, 4 wheel alignment, oil and filter change and more, and the service man brought the car out, Rudy D went to check on the car and yelled I can’t start the car or get the key out, this is after my wife and I were told the car is all done and a bill of 1,976.92, Rudy called this service man, who was very big, and was the one who worked on the car, he didn’t answer any questions and was tightening something with his fingers instead of an electric tool or something with allot more power. Asked the very big man what are you tightening no answer just walked away. Their are hundreds and hundreds of people that have had these same problems, the information is there, most of if not all were taken up before a judge, and their was rulings, against Subaru of America, so many but even though they mock and lie to me I still believe the truth will come to be in the name of our LORD JESUS CHRIST AMEN.
