Tara Mullins has been a godsend ever since I purchased my car at World Subaru! She took the time to explain to me how to use all the “bells and whistles” that I wasn’t familiar with using. I've also dealt with a few subaru dealers, and World Subaru is definitely the best. If you like purchasing a car without any pressure, and you like being treated like an actual human and not just a potential sale, I highly recommend them over any other subaru dealer in the area (especially All American Subaru who are are just terrible). Specifically, I dealt with George N. and an Alli M. at World, and they were excellent and made everything easy. I've now bought three cars from World Subaru and this is the only place I recommend. To call out the service center specifically, Laurence helped me after hours, on a cold, dark and rainy night (no, seriously, it was that bad), when I came in in a panic because my tire pressure warning suddenly came on. It was after hours, and it wasn't even his job, but he immediately jumped up and took my car around, to make sure it was safe to drive if I had to come back the next day.
