Great shopping experience I was in the beginning stages of shopping for a new vehicle and stopped by World Imports first. My husband and I visited a few other dealerships and looked at similar vehicles but ultimately went back to World Imports because the customer service we received there surpassed all of the other dealerships in the area. Jimmy was the only salesperson we encountered that acted as if he genuinely wanted our business. When we made the decision to purchase we contacted Jimmy and even though it was hisday off he worked with us and scheduled for us to meet with Kile to complete the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. I would like to commend Kile as well because even though he was only completing the final steps in the transaction he still treated is with A+ customer service. Don’t buy factory buy backs! Kyle was great, management/sales will screw you. Bought a factory buy back two years ago from this place for nearly 30k, two months ago they offered Kyle was great, management/sales will screw you. Bought a factory buy back two years ago from this place for nearly 30k, two months ago they offered me 15k for it. At the time I wasn’t prepared to take that. Since then I put 400 miles on it and paid an additional 1,000 off on the loan. Came back in this morning and was offered less than 13k for the car. This was my second and last car purchased from this dealer. Don’t buy from a dealer that depreciates their own inventory by 1,000 a month! More
