I went ahead and decided to get it! Edwin did such an amazing job at getting me what I wanted and even went above and beyond to make the process smooth and quick. There was no sitting in the dealership for almost 9 hours like I did before :( He is a very personable person and made sure i was comfortable with what I was being offered. We only walked in to get a price, and we walked out with a new car the deals were too good to pass up. Their eagerness to get us the best deals available was amazing. We are so happy and surprised that we will be getting free oil changes and unlimited car washes (inside and out) for the entire time we own this vehicle, as well as the surprisingly amazing extended warranty we were able to purchase. The after-market sales guy, Luis, I think, sold us on a Clear Bra, which we had never heard of but cannot wait to have installed... We brought our SanteFe in just to get an oil change. And then we met Angie, She was very courteous, knowledgable & patient. We sat and went over the numbers, took it for a test drive and A miracle came Dad agreed to get the 2013. It is wonderful and so wass the atmosphere at World Hyundai. I actually came in to get my oil changed on the vehicle I had. Mike asked me how long I had it. I told him and he said "Let me see if we can put you in something new."
