This is not a business. This place is a complete scam, with absolutely no professional customer service, reliability or communication. I dropped my car off 2 months ago for an engine failure which was covered by warranty (and no loaner mind you). They told us it'll take some time as the parts will be shipped in but they'll keep us updated which is fine, until no one called. We had to call every single day for anyone to tell us anything going on. There was nothing but endless promises of phone calls which we never received. We were told to pick up the car then after WE called back to confirm day of, said never mind a few more days every time. Finally, after what was forever, we were able to pick up our vehicle. Arrived late in the evening and took our Hyundai home only to pull up and see this. This looks like a car post accident! A car so filthy my beige pants were black. A car that I kept as meticulous as possible returned like this!!! 2 whole xxxxxx months and no one cleaned it ? They trashed and scratched and abused my vehicle like it was garbage. Please everyone don't ever buy a Hyundai. The cars are unreliable and this is how they show customer appreciation. I've had better service during a colonoscopy- this place and brand is a complete joke. Feel free to find my reviews on every site known. I have plenty other photos and videos. More
I just purchased a 2019 Chevrolet equinox roughly 2 months ago. The vehicle had an O2 sensor issue and was showing complications after I've had it for roughly a month. I made an appointment to get it f months ago. The vehicle had an O2 sensor issue and was showing complications after I've had it for roughly a month. I made an appointment to get it fixed with the service department, and have been experiencing difficulties and negligence with the repairs of my truck. They make you schedule an appointment only to ACCESS what's wrong with the vehicle roughly 2 weeks later. As far as I know, no one has actually began working on the truck. It is already unfortunate that the vehicle had issues this soon after purchasing, and it is very frustrating that they do not prioritize repairing it. By the time you look up the service department will have had your vehicle for an entire month before repairing it, leaving you to pay a car note for a vehicle that hasn't been driven. To make matters worse, the service advisors will mislead you and make it seem as if they will call you back on a certain day which would ironically happen to be the same day as their off days, so you wouldn't be able to get in touch. I finally spoke with a service advisor on Monday, and he informed me that the repairs would cost me roughly $1,000, so obviously they did not charge the repairs through the warranty that was on the vehicle at the time of purchase. Being that I drive with Uber and it is my main source of income, the service department fails to realize the urgency of getting the vehicle repaired so that I can make the funds that are needed to pay the car note. If it wasn't for the warranty on the vehicle, I would have taken the truck to a personal mechanic, and more than likely be on the road by now. I could see if the truck had transmission issues or a problem with the engine, but an O2 sensor should certainly not take this long to be repaired! If the specific repairs on your vehicle isn't covered in warranty, I suggest you go to a mechanic outside of this dealership to avoid the unnecessary wait and negligence. More

My 2013 car was totaled, my insurance company didn’t want to pay and my credit was fair. I drove away in a beautiful 2020 Sonata!!!!
