This dealership sold me a lemon a couple of months ago. The vehicle has been in the shop 3 times during the first 60 days of me driving it. It is a 2019 Chevy equinox. I'm writing this review to bring awar The vehicle has been in the shop 3 times during the first 60 days of me driving it. It is a 2019 Chevy equinox. I'm writing this review to bring awareness to the negligence of this dealership. They take advantage of young people with fair credit, and it takes them over 3 weeks to repair minor issues with vehicles. If you plan on purchasing from here, DO NOT allow this dealership to place you in any vehicle that is not a Hyundai. They do not perform a thorough check of trade in vehicles, and you may have to pay thousands in repairs in addition to a very costly car note with a 27% interest rate, like I am. My heart aches, as I am a 23 year old young lady, who'd never planned on being taken advantage of in this manner. Obviously World Hyundai Matteson left many details on this vehicle out before handing it over to me. If you are shopping for a GOOD RUNNING VEHICLE, stay away from this dealership! Many of the vehicles in the lot LOOKS good but RUNS terrible. I know I may seem scorned, but I'm being terribly honest. If you are going to purchase from here, bring 2 mechanics to check the vehicle out before signing up for a headache. More
