Your warranty on the cars is the best and we really love the vehicle as well as how we have been treated. Terri the Manager there was wonderful and Erik our salesman was outstanding. He has been more than accommodating and has stood by the minor issues we experienced with the new car. Everything was rectified in a timely fashion. REAL TALK When talking with the sales man on the show room floor one I was quoted one price (car note amount) then when talking with the finance man another pr When talking with the sales man on the show room floor one I was quoted one price (car note amount) then when talking with the finance man another price (car note ) was quoted which of course is a higher price. why can't the correct amount (car note) be quoted on the show room floor. You get excited and accept what is told to you on the showroom floor; then when speaking with the finance department another ( the real car note amount) is quoted and of course it is a higher amount. I DIDN'T APPRECIATE THAT!!! Why does that happen? More
