First I just wanna say I never heard of this place before. I got some mail from them with a card to activate to get me started to find a car. Then shortly got contacted by them the same day to come in before. I got some mail from them with a card to activate to get me started to find a car. Then shortly got contacted by them the same day to come in and get a car. Shortly after around 12 I began to work with Elvia on getting a new car. Because of some complications it took a very very long time to get the car; I wasn’t prepared with the right documents. Elvia literally stuck with me the ENTIRE time. I was there from 12 and didn’t even leave until 8 o’clock. She helped me nonstop and the manager as well came over to speak with me and help guide me on my next steps. I ended up having to bring my family there and everyone was super nice to my nephew and mom and sister. I ended up leaving with a 2020 car with full coverage insurance. Overall, the experience was great, customer service was great, and their efficiency was great. I’ll 100% be recommending them to other and to anyone reading this! More
