Very unprofessional, will never go back I brought my 2014 Hyundai Elantra in for a recall and had them also check on a ticking noise that had just started days before. It turns out there was a bad lifter in the engine which required a full engine replacement. They refused to provide me with a loaner until the service was approved by corporate. I was without a car for 4 days. Every time I called to find out what was going on, I could not get an answer. They told me they would call me back in a few minutes, but they never returned my calls at all. I was originally quoted 10 business days for the engine replacement. It has now been over 3 months and I still don't have my car. The staff has been very rude towards me and have been no help at all. I still have no idea what is going on with my car. More

Do not buy used cars other than a Hyundai from World Hyundai They say my car was inspected but haven't. Had my Dodge.Journey for two weeks and been having nothing but problems. But that just start the hud bearings on the driver side rear they want me to pay for it and it was going bad before I I had it a good two weeks, I never seen the car fex of the cAr and they’re signs posted talking about car fex . I will never send anyone to buy abused car from World Hyundai unless they’re buy buying a Hyundai. A fat 0 in my book my whole Saturday was wasted settling up there 9 in morning until service was about to close at 4 o’clock. And still didn’t check what my concern was with the rubbing and grinding I was and still hearing. They what to say it wasn’t nothing wrong before I bought it. If I can wear out hud breaings on a car.
