I visited today after being led in under false pretenses by an associate by the name of Rachel. When I got there I was paired with Tyrone. Tyrone was very disrespectful telling me that if I got my credit sc by an associate by the name of Rachel. When I got there I was paired with Tyrone. Tyrone was very disrespectful telling me that if I got my credit score up maybe I could afford to live in Matteson. Who says that to someone? As if he knows what my home looks like. He then brought me a car that was 200 over what I told him my budget was. He then got upset that I would not purchase the vehicle telling me it’s not my forever car. If it’s not my forever car why would I want to pay over my budget for it? Especially since the seats were stained and when I asked about detailing them I didn’t get an answer. He brought out a manager who tried to convince me to buy the car and I refused and he became frustrated as well. If I come in with a budget and was told over the phone and in person that they could accommodate why are they trying to force me into something I don’t want? Very bad service. Very bad attitudes More
World Hyundai sucks they have been calling me everytime I'm coming to get an oil change or when I get work done saying I can trade in my car. I have repeated to them over and over that I'm upside down, but they always say that means nothing. So they run my credit and then come back and say 🤔that I can't get nothing. Why do they keep calling me and saying that same xxxxxxxx. I told the guy today you keep putting hard inquires on my credit. He said I got you one minute, he never came back and said nothing wow they are full of xxxx I will never get another car ever from them. And stop xxxxing calling me. More

The ABSOLUTE WORSE service team around. I bought a 2021 Palisade in September of 2020, by January all the window panels on the passenger side of the vehicle started to buckle and lift. I took the truck to Palisade in September of 2020, by January all the window panels on the passenger side of the vehicle started to buckle and lift. I took the truck to see why this was happening and the basically tried to say that I was responsible for the issue. So I paid to have the part replaced, only to discover 3 days after the part was replaced that all the other window panels appeared to be buckling and also discovered paint defects near my wing at the top back corner of truck. Of course I took the truck back and was accused of damaging my vehicle and trying to cover it up. My husband and I was adamant that we played no role in damaging our own vehicle. The service manager told my husband that he’s done with us and walked off. To my husband and it’s clear that this is a manufacturing issue and I’m sure later there will be recalls in on place for this issue. As for the paint situation it’s very clear that it was also a paint defect of the manufacturing of the vehicle. We were told if we wanted a complaint to be put in with Hyundai, we would need to go to a different Hyundai dealer (that we didn’t have bad blood with). This was the second vehicle I purchased from them, but rest assured, it will be the last. More

Thee absolute worst. Pulled my credit over 11 times even after I decided not to go thru with loan. False advertising and misleading salespeople all around. Buyer Beware!
