I feel like I dodged a bullet. The non sales department was very nice to me over the phone when I called and had to be redirected. The sales department, especially Terri (I think her name was?), was friend was very nice to me over the phone when I called and had to be redirected. The couple of people I talked to didn't have it in stock but were willing to order it for me. Not sure why they had several people tell me the same thing over and over but I ignored it. A few days later I found another dealership that had it in stock and naturally I would rather buy a car I can see in person. I called to let them know that I would be canceling my appointment. And I kept getting several calls back from multiple people asking me to reschedule. Each person that called, I had spoken with. Again, why so many calls? I answered all of them anyway. I do not want anyone to get fired but you guys can really do a better job. I got called and told them my reason for not coming was because another dealer had it elsewhere. The person I spoke with didn't believe me and you could tell they felt like me or the other dealership were lying. I said they were looking right at the car. They said they would "check" for me, which I never asked for but I said alright. Of course they didn't call me back after the "check" because they knew darn well they were wrong and that another dealer had it in stock. After that I still got ANOTHER call from someone else asking why I canceled. Communication clearly was terrible on their end. I said the same thing and added I was willing to come back to see them if I did not end up getting the car from the other dealership. The sales rep said okay and slammed the phone on me. Even with all the annoying calls I was still willing to pay them a visit but after that I felt like I shouldn't bother. I am happy with the car THAT WAS AVAILABLE AT THE OTHER DEALERSHIP AS WELL AS THEIR MUCH MORE PLEASANT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am very patient and forgiving but not to the point where I would still buy from this dealership. More

Poor service. They gave us the new car with no gas, dirty window, sticker not taken off. Filled out survey after purchase and they tried to scam me into cominf into the dealership as i didn't fill out dirty window, sticker not taken off. I purchased a car from them in early June 2021 drove not even 6 miles and it overheated so i bought it back and they tried to switch me in another vehicle but couldn’t do it so i was given my down payment b even 6 miles and it overheated so i bought it back and they tried to switch me in another vehicle but couldn’t do it so i was given my down payment back and i wrote a bad review and someone called and pleaded with me to change it and if so I would receive a gas card in the mail but never did. Worst customer service ever! Nobody reaches out to you. “Managers” don’t even try. I purchased a vehicle and parts were falling apart two days later, interior and exterior, had to replace a tire $218 (be “Managers” don’t even try. A whole week and going, no one contacts you for any updates, no courtesy call or text. Still waiting on someone to contact me so I can pick up the car that I’m paying for and still can’t drive. Will never recommend this place to family or friends. I’m hoping after all this time the car is in safe condition for me to drive. So after picking the car 6/29 Almost a month after purchasing the car I spent $30,000 and my saving on a big chunk of down payment. I was hoping al this would be fixed. Only to see the lazy job they did on fixing the front bumper. Literally fixing one side and damaging the other and not only that. Now I have a washer fluid leakage that of course they don’t want to fix or even call me back about. Manager Will will not answer calls or texts and literally just hung up on my call. Worst experience ever! More
I put 5000 down for a car. It appears to be a decent car I was told that everything was good including the brakes. No more than two weeks after receiving the car I was told I need a front and back brakes an I was told that everything was good including the brakes. All around had a great deal here. Walked in to the dealership and was welcomed with a smile and great people.
