Received service on August 25th. I can only assume when they believe the service isn't good, they will not send out a survey. My appointment was at 8am for an oil change. This dealership did my Granddaughter today the same way I was treated 6 month ago. Told no cosigner need wasted my time 3 hours told I needed a cosigner. This is unprofessional to tell you over the phone we was treated 6 month ago. Told no cosigner need wasted my time 3 hours told I needed a cosigner. This is unprofessional to tell you over the phone we ran your credit no cosigner need. Than drive 45 minutes to them and wait around 3 hours to be told you need a cosigner. Don't trust them will not advise any friends or family to deal with them. More

I am only giving World Hyundai in Matteson one star because if I don't,l can't write a review. They don't even deserve one star. I brought my 2022 Hyundai Sonata in for Scheduled oil change at 1000 mil because if I don't,l can't write a review. They don't even deserve one star. I brought my 2022 Hyundai Sonata in for Scheduled oil change at 1000 miles. The next day it started running poorly,l checked the oil, there was none. Had it towed to the dealership,they said it was a faulty filter. I didn't buy that because there was no sign of a leak in the driveway or on the engine. Brought it in again yesterday for scheduled 15,000 oil change. On the way home the oil light came on. Checked the oil and again no oil. This time they sent a tech to my house with a 5 quart jug of oil. He put it in, said everything was okay and left. Also the lady checking in before me at the service department said that she was there because she has her oil changed there and they didn't put the oil cap back on. If They can't get an oil change right, how can you trust them with any service. Reason enough to stay away from World Hyundai in Matteson. More

Matt Duering was professional and personable. We were at the dealership less than an hour and Matt worked with us to make our car payment fit our financial needs. I bought a used 2017 Hyundai Sonata 2 years ago, and the engine failed on me. I took the vehicle to a mechanic and they informed me the engine was bad and I would need to get it replaced. But due to the mil engine failed on me. I took the vehicle to a mechanic and they informed me the engine was bad and I would need to get it replaced. But due to the milage the car it is still under warranty with the dealership. So when I took the car to the dealership they told me my car was fine and released it to me. A few days later the car kept jerking while on the highway with MY SON in the car. I could no longer drive the my car to work or anywhere. I called the service department again and the said my car is now out of warranty. My other post World Hyundai replied my car wasn't under warranty because of the milage but that was a LIE. I have proof it was and they confirmed it at that time. I have multiple family members that can confirm this entire situation and they will also voice our side of this situation. I'm making this long review because before you all go shopping for a car you need to be aware of the business practices going on at this dealership. I lost a lot, and I don't want to see anyone else going through the same. More
