She arranged a ride back to Gulf Shores after I dropped off the car, and a return ride back to the dealership to pick up my car several days later. I brought my 2019 Escape in to find out why I kept getting the message “key fob not detected”. My service advisor, Bryan, was upfront with me about how long my car would need to be at the dealership. getting the message “key fob not detected”. When I arrived, Bryan explained the problem was with the key fob. A new one was ordered and so far, everything is working properly. More

The absolute worst experience I have had at a dealership and car service station. An unorganized business that inconveniences clients and potential patrons for profit margins. More than evident that employe and car service station. An unorganized business that inconveniences clients and potential patrons for profit margins. More than evident that employees don’t care about customer satisfaction. Don’t bother asking to speak to mechanic, even if they worked on your car. I was told they don’t have time to speak with clients. Was told the car needed to be at the facility to even be considered for que when there back log was several days. Do not recommend, and actually was able to take the car to mobile and get it serviced for a shorter timeline and a better deal. More
