I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 7am with Albert. I was there before the store open to make sure I could be in and out with no issues.. I also asked for a brake inspection. Albert informed me that I had an open recall on my car (software update) and that it would only add 30 more min to my service. I was not updated until I found him and asked about my vehicle at the 2 hour mark. He then checked on my vehicle and told me the update still needed to be performed.. after 3.5 hours he informed me that the vehicle recall was not performed and I had no type of explanation on why it was not completed. I left feeling disrespected and angry due to the lack of communication and time it took for the lousy service. No type of inspection performed during the service as well.. I expected more from your dealership. More
