The service reps (Danny and Brandon) were top notch on addressing my issue. I had a recall for a sensor that takes 15 max to replace. Took my F350 in for service and met Brandon for the first time! He was excellent, very thorough, and a true customer service representative. I would highly recommend this dealership! Everything went smooth from the time I pulled in. I had never been to world Ford before and when I got there, the specialist I work with was Danny and he made it very simple and walked me through the I had never been to world Ford before and when I got there, the specialist I work with was Danny and he made it very simple and walked me through the process of how everything works. he took my information down, told me what their process is going to be and said he would be in touch. he called me to ask questions the next day and on Saturday morning. By Monday morning, I had an evaluation after the tech was done with what was recommended and the process to choose what to do on my car was so easy. Danny sent me a text and it was the recommendations with an approve or not now button and I could go through. Select what I wanted and they got everything electronically to move forward. I called back because I had a question on one item. Danny answered right away, addressed my concern and it was an easy process. He told me my car might be done Tuesday, but probably more like Wednesday. Then he called me Tuesday morning and told me it was ready for pick up! Couldn’t be happier highly recommend to world Ford requesting Danny as your specialist! More
