They make a real good effort to assist customer's with all matters but they are either overwhelmed or understaffed. Another time, I asked for parts for a ford vehicle, i was told the parts were on back order and it would take weeks to get it and no options for aftermarket parts but i was able to get replacement parts within 2 days from PepBoys. Its hard to believe i cant get original parts from ford sooner. More
