Went in for an oil change on a ‘24 F350 DRW. Asked them to also rotate the fronts and add air to the inner rears. Got it back just over an hour later and when I start it up the TPMS warning is s Asked them to also rotate the fronts and add air to the inner rears. Got it back just over an hour later and when I start it up the TPMS warning is still on the dash. Told my service advisor and he said “oh they must have forgotten to reset the sensors”. Comes back out 20 minutes later and he tells me “they had some trouble getting the [Centramatic] wheel balancers off.” So they didn’t even try to put air in the wheels the first time. I was pissed so I left and forgot to check if they rotated the front wheels. Guess what I found when I got back to my rig? The front right wheel (that has a significant scratch on it) is still on the front right. This is why people don’t trust dealership service. More
