Took my 2022 Maverick in to get the airbag checked (light stays on) and was told I would have to leave my truck and it would be a minimum of 14 days before they could look at it. I asked for a loaner since this is my only vehicle and I do work for a living. I was told no loaner and there was no offer of a rental. I can't afford a rental and certainly can't take two weeks off from work, so I will have to pay out of pocket to get a local mechanic to look at it and hopefully repair it (this is a safety issue). There was absolutely no empathy from the service person (I was so upset I didn't get her name). More
I was very pleased with my experience at World Ford Pensacola. They made sure I was very comfortable while waiting on my service. The service took longer than I expected but the Technition took the t Pensacola. They made sure I was very comfortable while waiting on my service. First let me say that I've purchased 2 new trucks from World Ford and would by from them again. With that said their Maintence / Service repair scheduling is terrible. I have a taillight that is not worki World Ford and would by from them again. With that said their Maintence / Service repair scheduling is terrible. I have a taillight that is not working, its one of the OEM fancy ones so the complete light assembly must be replaced and is under warranty. The next available appointment is in 14 days. I have no problem waiting that long but to get that appointment I have to drop off my truck today and it has to sit the in their parking lot until my appointment. That's just crazy. The rep said that's just the way it is. She did sound sympathetic and I'm sure she doesn't make policy but this is my only vehicle and can't be without it for that long and still make the payment or eat for that matter. I did not make the appointment. Added note. I have used World Ford for all servicing of my trucks and had no issues what so ever. I just don't understand why they need my truck to sit in their parking lot for that long before the appointment. More
Marco was everything you would want in a salesman. Personable, knowledgeable, down to earth, understanding, and not pushy at all. I understand why he has all the awards. Andy did an excellent job completing my paperwork quickly and keeping me informed of everything I needed to know. He also made me laugh. The only issue was with the detailer and the truck itself being dirty on the inside. I noted the truck was dirty after it had been detailed so it was sent back. The detailer looked offended but there was grime everywhere and leaves in the truck. After it came back the leaves were gone but it was still dirty. I personally think the vehicle was far too dirty to be sold but I really wanted the truck so I cleaned it myself. More

filed a claim throw my insurance , and i decided to use World ford to fix my car. same day Doug Kirk called me and we arranged everything.
