I had asked the difference between good and better and said let’s go with good and the optional spark plug change. When I checked out the had done better and spark plug charge so what I was told would be said let’s go with good and the optional spark plug change. Terrible service experience. They will not call you back after repeated requests for updates on timeline and description of work. They only respond intermittently to text. When I asked to see service manager at pick up I was told she was “busy”. The tech admitted their service department was not efficient and that says it all. I called and left dealer GM an VM and he/she never took the time to respond. The message was loud and clear that they could care less about customer concerns. More

Other dealers seemed to not have as much knowledge on what cars they were selling but she did. It genuinely got me more excited to buy the vehicle and motivated me to end up purchasing. If I had a similar experience as I did to other dealers I likely would’ve walked away sooner. Financing was a breeze and the finance person I had (Trina) was fantastic and I could tell was doing the absolute best deal she could for me. Everything was fantastic. I would recommend and go back in a heart beat. More
Kevin was my service advisor, multiple times wouldn’t respond to my text asking for an update. Service manager was finally able to get me a rental. Not all items I told Kevin about were fixed or even looked at. Have have multiple issues with this dealership, might start driving to Mobile for my service issues from now on. Received the pdf multipoint inspection sheet, only items that were annotated were tire pressure, tread and brakes. ( tire pressure was listed as 35psi; my truck is around 65) all other items had no marks. When I asked the advisor about it he told me they “inspect” all items but don’t mark them. Was not this way back in the day, maybe this changed. I have yet to meet anyone with anything good to say about World Ford More
