I actually envisioned a morning pep talk by the Service Department Mgr reminding his/her team of the value of customer service, professionalism and work ethic... just prior to pulling the door draw chains, ha! All Braveheart like and whatnot! I was in & out of their extremely comfortable waiting area in just a few minutes... these guys & gals run a rapidly spinning top of a dealership service department!
