Nate, I understand the warranty process. What I don’t understand is the 2 week wait for a simple diagnosis on a newer vehicle. It seems surreal and impractical that you would tell one of your customers that they have to go weeks without a vehicle. Most young people need a vehicle. Especially those with children. Very uncaring and inconsiderate of your company.
