Warranty work Had my 2016 F150 towed to World Ford in Pensacola for warranty work. Ford Roadside Assistance covered the tow. Initially it took longer than I thought it would (being my first vehicle that had a warranty I wasn’t used to the process). Ford covered part of the rental car and the dealership covered most of the remaining amount being that it took longer than 5 days. Brandy was in charge of my account and was ver good about keeping me apprised of what was going on with my truck. When I picked up my truck the staff was great and did an awesome job explaining what happened and what was fixed. Also, they had my truck detailed which is nice too. Overall i’m satisfied with the work and experience. More

Excellent experience I shopped for weeks, as we had specific needs for a MiniVan. Keep in mind we live over 3 hours away, so I called them and spoke to Marco. Most importantly, he didn't go through the usual non-sense with back and forth through the sales manager. I told him what I wanted, no trade-in and that I was paying cash. I made my offer and the offer included the Florida state taxes, (I;m from New Orleans area) and was exactly what I was willing to pay. Bottom line, we got the right price, and they had the right Mini Van in great condition, as they promised, so we drove over to Pensacola. We had one other vehicle to look at but decided on them, because they did this without hassle and upfront with the right price. I will show the video to their supervisor once I get in touch with them. Frank McCauley would not give me their number or let me talk to them. Frank cursed and told me to get my truck the xxxx out of there after i called him out on a lie. They wanted to charge me 970$ to fix my battery and said it corroded all my cables. It didn't. Yes I needed a new battery but the cables were fine and the other ford shop just laughed when I told them about world of ford. It's a shame. More
