I came to ford hoping to trade my car in. Blake Cannon tried desperately to sell me a car. I said I wanted to look around a bit. The next day he told me my ford was unfixable due to a part on Blake Cannon tried desperately to sell me a car. I said I wanted to look around a bit. The next day he told me my ford was unfixable due to a part on back order for eight months. I asked him what I should do now? He was stuffing his face with ice cream and told me my car was a paper weight and shrugged his shoulders about my options. Chris Jones observed our interaction snickering and smiling. Blake could have offered to help me find a rental, instead he mocked me and humiliated me. I just had a new transmission out in my car for $4,000.00 and this is how I’m treated? I will never do business with ford in the future and I will tell the world why. Blake Cannon is very rude which is saying something for a car salesman. More

I was nervous about taking it back in again for warranty work Heard popping in the front and they had it for a week they told me it was a piece from my level kit in the front I had put on by a different shop took it to the other shop. it was one of the original parts that came on the truck so warranty should cover it but I don’t have much confidence that they will honor the warranty More

I had my truck serviced today on a recall items. Anna from service department was knowledgeable on the service items and time frame to the length of time to fix. Took my 2022 Maverick in to get the airbag checked (light stays on) and was told I would have to leave my truck and it would be a minimum of 14 days before they could look at it. I asked for a loaner since t stays on) and was told I would have to leave my truck and it would be a minimum of 14 days before they could look at it. I asked for a loaner since this is my only vehicle and I do work for a living. I was told no loaner and there was no offer of a rental. I can't afford a rental and certainly can't take two weeks off from work, so I will have to pay out of pocket to get a local mechanic to look at it and hopefully repair it (this is a safety issue). There was absolutely no empathy from the service person (I was so upset I didn't get her name). More
