I dropped my truck off for repairs on March 10th, and they told me it would sit in dispatch for 3-4 days before they even thought about diagnosing it. No big deal, right? Fast forward to March 27th, and they told me it would sit in dispatch for 3-4 days before they even thought about diagnosing it. No big deal, right? Fast forward to March 27th, and I stop by for an update, you know, because it’s totally normal to leave a vehicle for three weeks without any word. I ask them to call me with an update, and they assure me they’ll get right on it. Cut to March 31st, and I get a lovely survey asking how they’re doing. Oh, let me think—have you even glanced at my truck yet? Are we diagnosing it, or is it just an elaborate game of “How Long Can We Keep This Guy Waiting”? At this point, I’m so speechless, I’m considering writing a novel called "How to Lose Your Customer Without Really Trying." More
