Austin is great and provides great customer service, but as for the technicians I have yet to find an honest one. I had the entire fuel system replaced in one of my vehicles due to the cp4 failure (2019 F35 as for the technicians I have yet to find an honest one. I had the entire fuel system replaced in one of my vehicles due to the cp4 failure (2019 F350), not even a month later I was having issues with it and couldn’t chase them down with my code reader. So I paid ford to run their system in it. The tech then proceeded to say it had metal in the fuel line. This in fact was NOT true as the system was replaced and a new DCR fuel pump installed instead. He then doubled down on it pressing that that was the issue. After a month or two of chasing down and trouble shooting the issue it was a wiring issue that cost $20 to fix, it has been over a year now and no issues. I have also recently had a fuel leak on my daily driver (2021 F250). I have the disaster prevention kit on this one to account for the eventual failure of the CP4. I dropped it off for an oil change i had scheduled, and ask them to check it. They did so, and proceeded to provide a price for return to stock as it was leaking from the disaster prevention. I declined and proceed to identify the are of the leak. I replaced the Disaster kit filter which helped for a short period of time. Then after noticing it leaking again I tighten all of the fittings and have not had an issue since. More

I was able to make an appointment and get in at or slightly before my scheduled appointment. Katie my service advisor was great. In addition, I got the service I requested and a multipoint inspection which went above what I could have hoped for. I am very pleased with the service and dealership in the most recent experience.
