HORRIBLE SERVICE! ! World Ford and Nathan Cartwright do not honor their extended warranty service plans they sell to their customers. My mother took her vehicle under w ! World Ford and Nathan Cartwright do not honor their extended warranty service plans they sell to their customers. My mother took her vehicle under warranty to be repaired for ABS problems in February of 2024. The parts were backordered and now (10 months later) the parts are discontinued. They have offered no resolution to fix her unsafe vehicle and offered zero compensation for the beech of contract. This dealership has zero integrity. More

I don’t even know where to start. There’s so many things to mention but I guess I’ll just focus on the one thing that happened recently that promoted this survey reponse. My front brakes have been squeaking some when braking - no matter the time of day or if it was cold or warm out. Mentioned this to service advisor when I dropped my Explorer off for its 75,000 mile checkup. My back tire rotors had already been resurfaced during the 65,000 mile maintenance check and brakes replaced. But nothing was done to the front rotors. They said everything checked out and nothing needed to be replaced but I feel like they were just trying to push me out the door since it was my last “covered” maintenance check (under my paid maintenance plan before it expired @ 75,000 miles) instead of putting some money into actually resolving the squeak. And now anytime I have to brake hard or moderately, my steering wheel shakes and basically the entire car rumbles. So on top of all the other xx I’ve had to deal with at this Ford for the past 6 months, this is just another thing to add to the list that they’ve messed up. Seems anytime I take my car here, it’s given back to me more messed up than it was before. More
My elderly mother on fixed income living alone bought a extended warranty through Ford on her Edge through World Ford. Before it expired she took her car in with a ABS light on. They didn't have the parts extended warranty through Ford on her Edge through World Ford. Before it expired she took her car in with a ABS light on. They didn't have the parts to fix it said parts had been discontinued. Her car at the time wasn't even 10 years old. Now not safe to drive anymore. Asked them to make it right at least reimburse her expense of the extended warranty she purchased. They said to call Ford financial. Ford financial said nothing they can do take it up with the dealer. Reached back out to the dealer talked to a service manager his response, "Yeah it's unfortunate nothing we can do, we don't make these parts. I got guys that purchased new trucks and the blah blah chip went out and they are sitting here for a year and a half nothing we can do" then he claimed I was talking to wrong department then hung up on me. So don't be someone that supports business that once the sale is over and they have your money they tell you, "Yeah it's unfortunate nothing we can do" no even an apology. Imagine spending six figures on a super duty and being told that. According to their service manager their lot is full of them has been for a year and a half!! More
