Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful. My only disappointment was when I called to make an appointment I was told there was a waiting period. So I made an appointment two weeks out. However, when I got to my appointment at the dealership I was told I would need to leave my vehicle if I wanted to get in line. This was a problem as I drove almost two hours to get there.
