When I contacted Jim @ World ford, I told him that I was very busy. I told him that in order to sell me a truck he would have to deliver it to Destin at a time of my choosing. Jim & everyone in management were more than happy to work with me to find just the right truck. They did not try to pressure me to buy more truck than I needed. When we agreed on a price, Jim delivered it to me, as asked, on his day off. I will surly go back to them for future purchases. More

Once we got to talking to Marco and he made us feel comfortable, my husband decided to go ahead and purchase the Explorer. Which I had no idea he was going to do because he had told me we were only going to look around. Marco was very professional, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding of our needs. He explained all the paperwork and the basics of the awesome electronics in the vehicle. I am really enjoying my Explorer. Marco is a great salesman, not pushy at all. Not only did he explain the process and steps towards purchasing a new vehicle he took the time to help show us options in our price range. He had patience with us and my daughter (who is 5 months) in loading and unloading my child car seat for each car we tried. After purchasing our 2015 ford fusion he took the time to set up my sync for our vehicle and helped transfer everything from the old vehicle to the new one. I can honestly say if you are looking for someone to help you find a vehicle and want someone who will listen to you and understand what your looking for ask for Marco! More
Our Visit Robert and I came in to see about trading our 2013 Focus. We had enough trouble with the Focus that we were considering a Mazda 6. When I test drove the Fusion I really liked the feel of the car. We were looking for more room and the Fusion had just the feel and space. When the negotiations started I was concerned that price might not end up in our favor. Robert and I are happy with the Fusion and I don't regret not going to see and test drive the Mazda 6. Recently we decided to trade in our truck for a newer model, and Dean referred us to Marco. Again, we were very pleased with the service that Marco provided us. He made our buying experience a smooth one, was very knowledgeable, and not a pushy salesman. He made sure we knew everything about the truck we purchased. I had to bring the truck back to get running boards put on, and Marco met me in the lobby to make sure I was happy with our new truck. Overall, we are very pleased with the customer service from World Ford, and would be happy to recommend them. More

MY HUSBAND REALLY LIKED JIM K AND EVEN THOUGH I FOUND HIM SEVERAL EXCELLENT DEALS [MOSTLY FROM INDIVIDUALS] MY HUSBAND KEPT IN ALMOST DAILY TOUCH WITH JIM K. HE REALLY LIKED JIMS LAID BACK STYLE AND THAT HE DIDN'T USE HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS THAT YOU NORMALLY EXPERIENCE WHEN AT A DEALERSHIP. SO I'M SO HAPPY TO SAY THAT MY HUSBAND LOVES HIS NEW F150 AND I'M SURE MY HUSBAND GAVE JIM K A FEW GRAY HAIRS BUT JIM K HUNG IN THERE UNTIL HE GOT MY HUSBAND THE DEAL THAT MADE HIM LEAVE THERE A HAPPY MAN.
