Everyone was courteous and professional. We received a vehicle report card, and a personalized consultation of maintenance items which may be due in the future. Overall, just a fantastic experience. We started working numbers and it just wasn't working out so the Sales Manager was called in. To say he was rude would be an understatement. It was late, close to closing on a Tuesday evening and we could tell he was more concerned with going home than earning our business. In fact, he was in his truck headed home before we even made it out the door. We decided to take our business elsewhere and were able to find the exact car we wanted at the price that we wanted.
