Very Attentive and Helpful I contacted World Ford through the web when I was looking for a new Ford F150. Jim was my contact as I research the vehicles. Jim Knudsen was extrem I contacted World Ford through the web when I was looking for a new Ford F150. Jim was my contact as I research the vehicles. Jim Knudsen was extremely attentive to my desires and very helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted. He listened to what I was looking for and provided my with numerous options before I even went to the dealership. Jim made this a pleasant experience. I love my new truck and the new owner seminar was very helpful in getting to know my vehicle. I can't say enough good things about Jim Knudsen personally and World Ford as a dealership. More

Great Buying Experience Having purchased many cars and dealt with the back/forth shell game at various dealers, I was impressed with the low pressure ease at World Ford for Having purchased many cars and dealt with the back/forth shell game at various dealers, I was impressed with the low pressure ease at World Ford for the purchase of my new F150. Marco was great to work with, answered my questions directly and found the vehicle I wanted at a fair price point. Worst dealer experience ever twice! I have been to this dealership twice. Once for service, and recently to buy a used jeep. After agreeing on a price range with the salesman and finance I have been to this dealership twice. Once for service, and recently to buy a used jeep. After agreeing on a price range with the salesman and finance manager, I retuned w my wife to see and sign the paperwork. The finance managers have totally changed the Price by almost 7K, told my wife I was imagining things. All of this with the salesman standing there shrugging his shoulders claiming" I'm sorry, these aren't the numbers you and I spoke of"!! They tried to use their little sheet and skew the numbers in their favor so much that we went to the jeep dealer and bought the exact (new)jeep we wanted for less than the 6 year old one that world ford changed their tune about. First experience w world ford service... They broke a spark plug on my f150 with less than 50k on it. And since I bought it used ( even though I bought a 3 year Ext warranty for supposedly everything) they charged me $1200 to fix it. The plugs were supposed to be good for 100K miles. They claimed it was a defect with the plugs and not their fault! I'm sorry but I purchased the best extended warranty that was supposed to cover everything. Their response, that employee that told you that no is no longer w us. So, in closing, this is the most unscrupulous, manipulative dealer I have ever witnessed in both sales and service. Not only were they untruful, but they are xxxxxxxxxxx that won't even discuss your purchase with your spouse after asking them to. This is the highest example of the "good ole boys group" I have ever witnessed and have lost any respect I could ever have for a dealership. Every other dealer we visited that day was kind and polite. I have lived here almost 30 years and purchased quite a few vehicles. Never have I seen people this rude or untrustworthy. Who operates like this?? This is the kind of dealer that gives car shopping a bad name!! Do not loose your money here!!!! More
