For months now every time we contact them they say "we have to order the part and when it comes in we will call you". Like I said for MONTHS now we have not gotten a call back. Great Service . We were having trouble with one of our truck's check engine light on. We left it at the service center Sunday night and I called first thing Monday mo We were having trouble with one of our truck's check engine light on. We left it at the service center Sunday night and I called first thing Monday morning (Memorial Day) and spoke with Justin Milton and he told me he would check on the vehicle and call me back. He called me back several times and was very helpful getting out truck's paperwork going. He was instrumental in getting the truck diagnosed and Mitch the mechanic repaired the problem and had us out before lunch time. Thank You all very much for help in our time of desperation. More

Service on my 2012 Ford Fiesta. I elected to have a diagnostic performed at the dealership and Service Advisor Kelley coordinated the whole service. It was a serious maintenance issue that had to be fixed. The mechanic, Mr. Barbour, was thorough and honest about conveying that the problem was extremely important and required expediting repairs. Better safe than sorry---and the hot summer is approaching, fast---it would be nothing less than a 'win-win.' I am not car maintenance savvy, so I was given a clear picture of the problem. I did my homework and knew exactly what I was looking for and at what price. Their website was informative and I actually found a truck that foot the bill in color and options. When I arrived I was greeted by the sales staff and told them I had been in communication with a particular salesman named Kyle. Well Kyle unfortunately was not available at the time and I was given the grand tour by Earl who gave the rundown on the F250 I was looking at. After a test drive and looking over this vehicle which was Certified Pre Owned, I told them what my price range was and we began the offer and counter offer. We met in the middle and I ended up with the truck I wanted at a price I could afford. Great service and what a deal. The truck was in mint condition and looked like it came off the showroom floor but was a 2 year old with low mileage. I was extremely happy with my purchase and will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used Ford product. BTW I also had a bed liner added to my truck at a very reasonable cost.
