They will work with you and go the extra step to help you I have a Ford Taurus with over 100,000 miles. I do not have a lot of money and must find a way to keep car going. After replacing a required vacuum hose, a day later the light came on again. It turns out I also need the idiler valve replaced. I was upset and could not understand how this could be. Mr. Loper replaced it for free, and as it turns out--the engine light has stayed off-they were right. He even helped me get my windshield wiper going. I now feel bad as they were right all along and did not have to extend their kindness to me as they did. I am a poor man, and I now owe World Ford for helping me make a living. Their collision center also went out of the way to help me replace my drivers side rear view mirror. They were beyond professional, and their mechanic explained everything to me and even proved what was wrong. Don't go to a side mechanic, go to the professionals. It was the best service from an auto dealer I have ever had in all my years. They respond, they follow up and they actually really care and will go so far out of the way to ensure your satisfaction, you will almost feel guilty as they are so kind. You will walk away from the experience vowing to never go to another place again. I work out of town a lot, and the experience with Mr. Loper and his staff has made so much of an impression, that I will now pay to have car towed out of state to his service department just to receive his service !!! More

I didn't have an appointment, but Omar Rodriguez came right out and helped me look at the Explorers I had researched. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the cars on the lot. he provided excellent customer service. He went beyond most to make us comfortable and considerate of our time. We bought a nice new 2015 Explorer. Would go to him for my next purchase as well. Even though I have gotten pre-approved through my credit union, Scott White asked if I wanted him to try to bet my rate and I said sure. He was able to do it twice even though my credit union countered. I had been with them for 30 years. It would have been easier for him to just get a check from me, but he gave excellent extra effort to help get me a lower rate. Very friendly and helpful. ****Great overall experience**** More

I asked her to recommend as salesman whom was honest, straight to the point and a man that I could trust my family with since just having a brand new son. Without hesitation she introduced me to Spencer Lane who was willing to do whatever he could to help me in my difficult situation. Because of the growing family I needed a bigger SUV but was not in the best financial position. With Bob Smith's assistance Spencer was able to get me into a new, bigger SUV and in a tremendously better situation where my wife could not have been happier! I was so impressed by Spencer's character and willingness to never stop until the deal was done and my wife and I were extremely pleased that I not only purchase one new vehicle but two! We are so grateful that Spencer never gave up and even though it took two days to get both deals done, the end result was well worth it!
