Had Aaa bring tow truck to lift out in hopes of minimizing damage. Was going to get oil change while in for service. And had issue under hood where a couple cable had become disconnected. Don't believe they did that on their own. Wanted opinion as I had car serviced previously out of town while traveling. Got no answers or service at all. Left because I can get oul change all over town. Needed answers to other wuestions. More

Then sold it out from under me that night and demanded I return immediately the next morning and threatened to come take it and leave me without a mode of transportation. Made it out like I was the bad guy. Very unprofessional. Need a restructure of management if they can’t even manage a few sales people and their own inventory. More

Great Sales Person I had the opportunity to work with Marco in finding a replacement for my previous F-150. Marco set up a time to meet, had a Newer F-150 to replace my I had the opportunity to work with Marco in finding a replacement for my previous F-150. Marco set up a time to meet, had a Newer F-150 to replace my old one and the rest was a breeze.. It was love at first sight (speaking of the truck.. sorry Marco)! For months now every time we contact them they say "we have to order the part and when it comes in we will call you". Like I said for MONTHS now we have not gotten a call back. We left it at the service center Sunday night and I called first thing Monday mo We were having trouble with one of our truck's check engine light on. We left it at the service center Sunday night and I called first thing Monday morning (Memorial Day) and spoke with Justin Milton and he told me he would check on the vehicle and call me back. He called me back several times and was very helpful getting out truck's paperwork going. He was instrumental in getting the truck diagnosed and Mitch the mechanic repaired the problem and had us out before lunch time. Thank You all very much for help in our time of desperation. More
