Despite the storm and the closing of the dealership for a couple of days, she stayed in touch and let me know every bit of news relating to getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. I’m a 68 year old single woman and it means a lot to encounter such kindness. Her direct manner without being condescending helped me know what to expect. I would highly recommend World Ford for Service. If you’re lucky, you might have Ellen as your Service Advisor. More

They took it upon themselves to search for other problems when i told them twice not to check out anything else. Ended up paying $255 dollars. & my problem still isn’t solved. Let me just put it this way, I've had the same problem on and off for the last couple years. I bring my truck in and explain the problem and sometimes it couldn't be diagnosed because the problem would go aw and off for the last couple years. I bring my truck in and explain the problem and sometimes it couldn't be diagnosed because the problem would go away on the tow over to the shop. Numerous things that were tried lasted for a short time but problem would rear its ugly head again. It had been a while this last time since the problem. Once again I had it towed into World Ford and got Miranda Foster as a service advisor. I went over everything I thought regarding the problem with her. I was in no rush and left the truck with her. She said she would keep me up to speed as soon as they could get it to diagnostic. She was unbelievable and keeping me up to speed. She was one of the best service advisors I've ever dealt with, and believe me with the number of cars and trucks I've had, that's saying a lot. I've got nothing but praise and thanks for Miranda!! More
