Our service writer, Danny, always does an outstanding job. He's very courteous and keeps us informed. Why only 4 stars? I came in for a simple oil change, why are my instrument cluster settings chang job. He's very courteous and keeps us informed. Why only 4 stars? I came in for a simple oil change, why are my instrument cluster settings changed and the AC set to sub zero. Upon leaving I went to reset my trip two, to track oil changes, and it was no longer available along with other items. Other than this unnecessary annoyance World Ford normally does a great job. More

4 words you SHOULD apply: "Under Promise, Over Deliver". You told me 2-3 days to diagnose. It took at least 9-10 days. Then another 4 days to fix. Very long wait. 7.5 hours for what initially was supposed to be an alignment Van was slightly vibrating at higher speeds after getting new tires there several mont 7.5 hours for what initially was supposed to be an alignment Van was slightly vibrating at higher speeds after getting new tires there several months ago. They said it needed a force balance instead of an alignment. Initially they said the tires may be bad because they could not get them properly balanced with that procedure. Them they said they had a senior tech look at them and was able to get them more balanced. So far it does seem better, so I'm thankful for that. My service technician Byron was super nice through it all but just a long day. More
