Coolant, and oil change today and they replaced my headlight bulb all in 5hrs. Not bad at all. Called me a Lyft ride to and from home to retrieve my F150. Thank you. More
Misdiagnosed an issue which ultimately cost me more money. The service manager actually did help out a bit there and I appreciate that. Service Writer was professional and communicated very well. However, It was a shocker to go in expexting to spend $140 and end up spending almost $600. But that's what dealerships do. And that's why I hate dealership service and will be looking for an alternative service provider. Generally, I use dealership service the first 2-3 years after new purchase, then move to independent service providers. That time has come. Right after leaving, I did have to return immediately to get them to re calibrate the driver side window. Apparently when the battery was replaced, it affected the one touch raising and lowering of this window. Things like this should be checked to complete the service before customer check out. More
