Great experience!! I was given an appointment and was greeted and helped immediately by TJ Trippe, salesman. He made the buying experience pleasant and stress free. All my questions were answered directly, no "sales pitch". He spoke honestly about the differences in the vehicles I was interested in, again no "pushy" attitude. Never before have a purchased a vehicle where the entire transaction was prompt, pleasant and "no haggle" pricing and honest stress free financing. TJ processed all the paperwork, switched my insurance from my trade in to the new vehicle and made sure my easy pass was transferred. The finance manager, Kristen Inaugurato was well prepared, pleasant and answered all my questions. The delivery coordinator, Nicole Peterson was pleasant and patient and went over all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. Having traded in an 11 year old SUV, everything was completely new to me. She answered all my questions. I have never before had a dealership take the time to make me comfortable with a vehicle before driving off with it. In summary, World Jeep is a class business. I love my new Jeep and would recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

He didn’t judge me or make me feel embarrassed. He listened, understood my situation and worked to help me out the best way possible. And he did. When I sat with Kristen in finance she reviewed everything with me - she didn’t pressure me or push me into something I didn’t want. She advised me honestly and for my best interest not the banks. (Wish I had met her when I got my first Jeep) Nicole is wonderful. She reviewed everything on my car. Made sure I was comfortable. It was like talking to a friend. Izzy, Nicole & Kristen were wonderful!!! NO pressure. NO gimmicks! Best car buying experience ever! They gave me the best deal on my trade in - better than any other dealership in the area, including other Jeep dealerships. There was no “Well we could do this or Well we have this car but it’s just a little more money.” Nope. None of that pressure or BS! Every question (and I had A LOT of questions) was answered promptly and honestly. My only regret was that I didn’t go to World Jeep sooner! Frantz Napoleon kicked off the experience with his welcoming and laid back demeanor. He was exactly the type of person I wanted to deal with. Not pushy at all and allowed me to make all of my decisions stress free. He is also extremely competent, which we appreciated, as it helped the overall experience. Next, we interacted with Kristen Inaugurato in the finance department. She is very confident, efficient, and effectively explains all your other options as far as extended warranties and payment options. Again, another instance where you are given information to do what’s best for you without any pressure to buy something unless you want it. Payment was smooth and expeditious. For the grand finale they present you with Nicole Peterson who shows you every last detail about your new car. This was a nice touch because new trucks today have so many new features that it would be very difficult to learn them on your own. At this point, we were really itching to get the new car on the road, but Nicole was super fun to be around. Somehow, she was able to generate the same excitement and enthusiasm for the new truck that we had. This really helped because when people love their job and do it well like she does, it enhances the overall experience. Nicole explained things really well and several of her suggestions came in handy for me the next day. She helped with all of the little things too like syncing our phones, etc. We left the dealership with a great understanding of our new vehicle and confident to use all of its features. Overall, I was impressed with my entire visit to World Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram. More
