He didn’t judge me or make me feel embarrassed. He listened, understood my situation and worked to help me out the best way possible. And he did. When I sat with Kristen in finance she reviewed everything with me - she didn’t pressure me or push me into something I didn’t want. She advised me honestly and for my best interest not the banks. (Wish I had met her when I got my first Jeep) Nicole is wonderful. She reviewed everything on my car. Made sure I was comfortable. It was like talking to a friend. Izzy, Nicole & Kristen were wonderful!!! NO pressure. NO gimmicks! Best car buying experience ever! They gave me the best deal on my trade in - better than any other dealership in the area, including other Jeep dealerships. There was no “Well we could do this or Well we have this car but it’s just a little more money.” Nope. None of that pressure or BS! Every question (and I had A LOT of questions) was answered promptly and honestly. My only regret was that I didn’t go to World Jeep sooner! Thank you World Jeep - you took a difficult situation and made it better! ?? More

Frantz Napoleon kicked off the experience with his welcoming and laid back demeanor. He was exactly the type of person I wanted to deal with. Not pushy at all and allowed me to make all of my decisions stress free. He is also extremely competent, which we appreciated, as it helped the overall experience. Next, we interacted with Kristen Inaugurato in the finance department. She is very confident, efficient, and effectively explains all your other options as far as extended warranties and payment options. Again, another instance where you are given information to do what’s best for you without any pressure to buy something unless you want it. Payment was smooth and expeditious. For the grand finale they present you with Nicole Peterson who shows you every last detail about your new car. This was a nice touch because new trucks today have so many new features that it would be very difficult to learn them on your own. At this point, we were really itching to get the new car on the road, but Nicole was super fun to be around. Somehow, she was able to generate the same excitement and enthusiasm for the new truck that we had. This really helped because when people love their job and do it well like she does, it enhances the overall experience. Nicole explained things really well and several of her suggestions came in handy for me the next day. She helped with all of the little things too like syncing our phones, etc. We left the dealership with a great understanding of our new vehicle and confident to use all of its features. Overall, I was impressed with my entire visit to World Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram. More

I wouldn't look for a Jeep anywhere else because the customer service is always on point compared to other dealerships in town. I went in this past Friday looking at a particular Jeep Wrangler and left after a few hours with my new 2019 Jeep Wrangler (dream car). I honestly wasn't sure I'd be able to trade in my two-year-old Jeep Compass because I still owed on it, but Mike went above and beyond to get me into my dream car that day. The experience felt surreal. I definitely recommend requesting him as your salesman, I like his laid- back no pressure vibe because he made us feel comfortable and not stressed during the process. He got us a great deal. Nicole is great too; she programmed my Jeep so when I pulled out of the parking lot everything was set and ready to go from the gauge reading preferences to syncing my iPhone. Also, she did an awesome job showing me how to effortlessly "drop the top" and dis/reassemble the windows on/off. I left the parking lot so happy and shaking in excitement, they really made my life! P.S. Thanks to Michelle for texting internet specials and setting up an appointment time for me to stop in. The finance manager was excellent as well she helped us pick a protection package for both the interior/exterior of the Jeep and made sure all of the final paperwork was accurate. More
