We have both been in constant contact with the manufacturer, Jeep has covered two of your lease payments because of the delay, and we’ve provided you with a loaner vehicle at no cost. While I very much understand and emphasize with your frustrations in not being able to drive the car you leased, I believe we have handled the situation as best as humanly possible with our inability to get the part needed to repair the vehicle. With all due respect, we only received one payment but that is really not the point and at $180 a payment we are not talking a lot of money. We want to use the vehicle we leased. Every time I contacted the service department I was told that I should contact Jeep directly. We leased the vehicle from your dealership and you have the relationship with Jeep. Contacting the Jeep customer care service has been really useless. Again, with all due respect, you have had this vehicle for 55 days now and do not get me started on the used loaner that smelled like stale cigarettes, has no antenna or radio, and dents and scrapes on the passenger side. We leased a brand new vehicle and put down a substantial amount of money. I asked about turning back this vehicle but I was basically told that was not an option.
