Both of my Jeep vehicles have been more than ten years old, and I have had some bad experiences with other dealerships and discount auto garages in the area over the past few years, but the staff at World Jeep always knew what they were doing when it came to my vehicles, and provided top-notch service. The service records they provide have been long, detailed, and in-depth, and show me that I am both getting what I pay for, and am not getting ripped off, and they have always called me before going ahead with any service that might cost more than originally anticipated -- as a result, my 17-year-old Wrangler drives as if it were brand-new. Their prices may be a bit higher than some of the other discount auto stores in the area, but bottom line is: you get what you pay for. These guys know these vehicles, and have caught some potentially unsafe problems with my car, and were able to do some preventive maintenance, before I had to find out the hard way (thanks to the numerous courtesy multi-point inspections they have provided over the years). I was suppose to leave with a loaner car. Richard said it wouldnt be too long if I wanted to wait, so i decided to wait. After all that time waiting, I still had no answers as to why or what the problem was. I am now waiting 24-48 hrs to hear back from chrysler regrading the clock, which probably means I will have to make yet another trip to the service depart. I did appreciate that the mech pointed out that my rear brakes needs to be replaced. However, found your pricing extremely high and will be taking it somewhere else to have that work done. More
