I was able to schedule a test drive appointment same day and met with salesman, Frank Salamone, who was awesome. I didn't feel pressured and he was completely honest with me. I usually don't write reviews, but was compelled to share my great experience at World Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram in Shrewsbury New Jersey. I called the dealership to get more information on a 2011 Jeep G share my great experience at World Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram in Shrewsbury New Jersey. I called the dealership to get more information on a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee i found online. A gentleman by the name of Vance answer the call. He was very polite and to my surprise actually knew the particulars on the specific SUV i was asking about, that's usually not the case. I mentioned I was over an hour away and if the Cherokee had any damage. The answer is almost always the same (its perfect, or its in great condition). Not here, Vance asked me for my cell phone number and offered to send some close-up pictures. I received about a dozen fifteen minutes later, very nice. Needless to say we scheduled an appointment to see it the next day. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was greeted (very professionally) by a young lady named Brianna, who ended up being our sales person. I gave her my name and the vehicle I was there to see. She immediately introduced me to the sales manager Jerry, who was well informed on the details of my conversation with Vance, wow, so far so good. Jerry then points out the window and says, there's your Grand Cherokee, cleaned, gassed up, and ready to go. Ok, now that's a first for me. I've purchased a lot of cars though the years and always had to wait around for someone to get the car, and they usually have no idea what vehicle I'm there to see. Brianna walked us out and asked if we were familiar with the Cherokee. I told her I was but she started to go over the features while on the test drive anyway. I'm glad she did because I didn't realize it had a DC plug by the back seat. She really knew this SUV inside out. When it came to the price it was just as easy and pleasant. None of the back and forth nonsense. I asked for $1,500 off their online price, they saved me a $1,000 and gave me new floor mats, plus a year of free maintenance. Sold! This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Their entire staff was polite, prepared, knowledgeable, and professional, from begging to end this was just a great experience. They clearly have their stuff together. Thank you we love our truck. JM More

I had to write a review about my experience at world jeep because it really was such a great experience. I was looking for a used car for myself. I really wanted an older jeep wrangler as more of a "fun" car because it really was such a great experience. I was looking for a used car for myself. I really wanted an older jeep wrangler as more of a "fun" car. Who doesn't love going off-roading? Anyways I saw the perfect wrangler on their website and called and spoke to sue who told me it was still there. (Woohoo!) She set me up with an appointment to meet with the sales manager personally Jerry. I told her I did not want to be there all day and she assured me I would be taken care of right away. I couldn't believe when I got there my wrangler was out front ready to go! I walked in and was greeted by Kelly who introduced me to Jerry. Both of them were extremely friendly and didn't have the typical car salesman ego that you get at most dealers. I test drove the wrangler loved it we talked about price for all of ten minutes they gave me a great deal by the way and off I was in my wrangler. The general manager joe even came out to introduce himself after it was all said and done just to meet me and tell me he hopes I enjoy it! And I do! I will definitely be coming back here and sending anyone that I know who needs a vehicle here. Thank you again guys! More

You should have seen her face, when you left that message we scripted, apologizing that the figure that was quoted to us was incorrect and that you couldn’t get us in that particular jeep. We went to this dealer in order to price an economical car. We were looking for a demo or the like so that we would not have to pay full price for a new or almost new car. We met Chris Ryan and explained our likes as well as our finances so that he could judge what we could afford. He showed us several vehicles both in Jeep and Chrysler. The one we liked was a dem with about 4600 miles. It was clean and looked nice with a good deal of options but not overloaded. The price was in the ballpark. We went for a trial ride. We discussed my Ford Explorer that was in the Ford dealership a few miles away. It was not worth fixing and we need this to be part of the ultimate deal so that we could get some kind of trade with it. We discussed the financing, picking up of the Explorer as well as leasing. We agreed on a figure of $199.00 and went out to lunch so that he could have the car prepped and ready for our return. Chris went out of his way with the financing. Upon return from lunch. We had almost finalized the sale when the leasing company turned down my credit as there were two problems with the credit report, both of which were not my fault. I have since straightened out one and will straighten out the other. The monthly payment went up $35.00 due to this as it put me into another level shich charged more in interest. I put $4,000 down which I thought was sizeable for a lease. Chris had the finance manager come out and explain it to us. He also went back with him to see what could be done to lower it as we had originally agreed on a $199.00 per month payment. They worked on the figures again and found that there was no way to lower the payment below $135.00. Chris talked to us and made some suggestions about other cars but I liked this one! He got the deal because he went way out of his way to get us what we wanted. He even called my insurance company and gave them the figures that they needed to register the new car. Between the two hour lunch break, going to the Ford dealership to get my personal belongings out of the car, we spent a total of 8 hours buying the car. He is an excellent salesman and cares what his customers need and want. In short, it was he who finalized the deal. He is a credit to your dealership! More
