This review may be longer than most so i apologize in advance. My wife and I both shopped for our vehicles at the same time. Her previous was a toyota suv and mine was a nissan pickup truck. Our original pan was to buy both new vehicles from the same dealer with the original intentions being 2 toyota's. After visiting the 1st dealership i became concerned about gas mileage, going from a compact pickup to a full size. After some research i found out the dodge ram with the 8 speed transmission gets the best mileage in its class so we planned a trip to world jeep chrysler dodge. My wife was set on getting the highlander but my mind was more open. Not to discredit keith's sales abilities or sound too cliche, but the dodge ram sold itself to me after 1 time walking around the vehicle full circle. Everything after that was 110% to the credit of keith and the rest of the sales team. I mention my wife getting a toyota because it is very relevant in comparing experiences. I wont mention the dealer she bought from but from the time we got there until her new plates came it was a complete nightmare as far as the car buying experience. But with keith it was actually literally an enjoyable experience. We met, we sat down, we talked about features i did and didnt need, we talked about what i needed the numbers to be in order to not restrict or jeopardize my finances, then he found the truck that was perfect for me and we moved forward. All in about a half hour without feeling rushed at all. After that the complications fell on keith's shoulders and he embraced it. The 8 speed 6 cylinder was not on the lot and it was not easy to find, but he was dilligent and was successful in finding one being prepped to leave detroit on its way to a dealer relatively close. This created a complication for me. I was trading my truck in for her lease and her suv in for my truck. My truck had to be at toyota by the end of the day and i needed a replacement immediately because i pull a trailer that is essential to me being able to work. Without a truck capable of towing i would not be able to work and i'm never in a position to be able to miss work, especially not for an extended period of time. I communicated this to keith and with the approval from his sales manager, they loaned me a truck from the lot enabling me to continue to work while we waited for my new truck to arrive. That was far and away the most generous and customer friendly gesture i have ever experienced and the reaction of the people i shared this with confirmed my sentiments. The truck arrived 2 weeks later and once again we sat down and finalized the sale in a brief hassle free enjoyable manner. I've had the truck about 2 weeks now and its everything i hoped for and more. As long as it continues to live up the reputation it has i will spend the rest of my life driving a dodge. And for as long as he's in business ill never buy a vehicle from anyone other than keith dickinson. I apologize again for the lengthiness of this review. More
