My salesman, Bill Morgan, was fantastic to work with, and tried his best to make every transaction smooth for me. The car is great, the price was great, and they gave me a fair value for my trade in. I took the car before it was certified, and had to bring it back for the certification process a few weeks later. They provided me with a loaner car and made the whole process very easy for me. I highly recommend that you give them a chance to help you find a car, or use their service department, which was also great. The only negative thing I would say is that I clicked a link for a free $25 gift card for taking a test drive and showed the email confirmation when I arrived. I never received the gift card even though I asked again, but given my happiness with my experience overall, I didn't mind letting it go. More
