Very Poor experience I had a appointment for test drive last Saturday, showed up, the lady behind the mine desk was on the phone but when she got off didn't even acknowled I had a appointment for test drive last Saturday, showed up, the lady behind the mine desk was on the phone but when she got off didn't even acknowledge me or my wife. Salesman came by ask if I was being help I said no but had an appointment for test drive and talk numbers on 2015 Dodge Challenger. Once he came back and handed my a keyfob for the car and told me to look in the back for it and he would be right out. Me and my wife saw the car before we went into the dealership I opened the door and it looked like someone just wiped mud all inside the drivers door and carpet ect. plus the outside was just as bad. so when we got the key we went in the back walked all around, then I told her it was probably the one under the tree in the front. I mean the weather has been bad here but they should keep the inside of the cars clean, plus the white Jeep and other vehicles in the showroom were dusty and dirty. Not a good impression at all nothing but bad vibes from this place, I started walking back the salesman was walking out with someone else so just handed his keys back and told him how dirty the car was and went back to the first Dealership. More

Kelly Liberti was our salesperson - this young lady knew more about cars, including mecha Went to dealership looking for a used Wrangler for my wife. Kelly Liberti was our salesperson - this young lady knew more about cars, including mechanical specifications than many 50 year old men I have dealt with! She showed us used options and we ultimately ended up leasing to own a new 2015 Wrangler Unlimited Freedom Edition from the showroom floor. Patient, no pressure, and they did everything to make the deal go smoothly. The finance manager was also great as well! Highly recommend for your next vehicle purchase - great selection as well of both new and used vehicles! BTW - the new Wrangler Unlimited is an amazing vehicle - not even broken in and I pulled 21.5 mpg with mixed highway and local driving - wow! More

They were a bit slow getting the car ready, but it did need a new battery and detailing, so all in all the time was well spent. The staff was upbeat and easy to work with. I would shop here again. Kenny is a great guy with lots of colorful stories. The time passed quickly. Gene did my financing which was very smooth. More
