They stand by their work and make it right. So world dodge initially messed up and damaged my wheel when installing a tire. BUT- rather than arguing with me or trying to do a hack-job in repair So world dodge initially messed up and damaged my wheel when installing a tire. BUT- rather than arguing with me or trying to do a hack-job in repairing it- they stood by their work, owned up to the mistake and made it right. They replaced the wheel, gave me a ride home and were very respectful and curtious. Thanks world- mistakes happen but I'm happy to say you dealt with it properly and made it right. AWFUL LIARS The service department has been terrible from the beginning. Our family has had several issues with them in the past. The latest lie they told us is that all of the TEN recalls on our 2014 grand cherokee were taken care of, just to find out that they weren't because a family member was driving it home from their dealership and realized the Electronic Stability Control was malfunctioning. This happens to be one of the many recalls they told us that they fixed. Mind you, the reason it was brought in is because the truck shut off while I was driving. Which happens to be another recall regarding the alternator that suddenly turns off. They really don't care about anything and they don't realize the endangerment that they are putting their customers in. TRULY DISGUSTED BY THE AMOUNT OF INCOMPETENCE THIS PLACE EXHIBITS. More
