But equally important was I had no surprises and quick follow up and a seamless process. good with a BUT When purchasing my Jeep there some dings and scratches as it was per owned I also told him that the rear wiper and defroster was not working. The salesman said he would give me a call but didn't I called in myself and made the appointment When I came in to service everyone was great Servicemen told me he had to check about the rear equipment. About an out later the salesman calls me to tell me I have to pay to that equipment because he changed the Jeep from soft top to a hard top at my request. And it was my suggestion! There was a hard top on the truck when I test drove it two different times I never was a soft top and I have pictures to prove it.
