I have been taking my vehicle to this service center since I purchased it. Every oil change, which comes with a 27 point inspection. My vehicle was in on 2/08 for an issue with leaking oil. I was given since I purchased it. Every oil change, which comes with a 27 point inspection. My vehicle was in on 2/08 for an issue with leaking oil. I was given a new oil change and inspection. Nothing else was found wrong with the vehicle. No recommendations. 1 week later my car began making a terrible noise at low speeds. I bring the vehicle back. I am not informed that the noise is from the rear brakes, rotors are totally warped. Front brakes also need to be replaced but service tech tells me I have some life yet. “At least another oil change”. I have the service center replace the rear brakes and complete the recommended brake fluid flush. Vehicle is still making noise and I have to bring it back again. Why were the wearing brakes never recommended in all of the other services until they were down to the rotors? This is a safety concern and I drive two hours a day for work. Excuse was that the warping could happen over night. Save that nonsense, that’s not what happened here. This car was never inspected correctly and now I’m paying huge amounts to have it fixed. And then the service center can only take the car Mon-Fri with drop off as the only option and no available loaners. So I assume my job isn’t important! I’m highly disappointed at this point. More
