My Vehicle was broken into while getting a warranty claim diagnosis. The dealership had my Nissan Titan from September 5 @ 0630 until September 6 @ 1400. There were no signs of forced entry into my vehicle. So, there is two scenarios that happened. One is your employees failed to lock my vehicle while it was in their possession. Or two, one of your employees stole my belongings. I'm curious of what you will do, since the assistant manager I spoke with didn't seem to care or take the incident seriously. He told me that only one person can review the cameras. And that person was on vacation and wouldn't be back for two days. That seems very disingenuous for someone who had over $1,500 in property stolen. I was also told it was your store policy that you had to lock customers vehicles. Please reach out 863-245-4899. I am 71 years old and have owned more than a few cars and dealt with more than a few dealerships. But believe me this one is the WORST. They had the car for nine days on an air conditioning issue before I got a single call from them. I called at least seven times including one to the service manager and two to the General Manager and received absolutely NO response. There is only one word that describes their service and it is BAD! More
